Prices and discounts

• The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV, Sat-TV, electricity and heating.
• Final cleaning: App. A = 30,00 €; App. B+C = 35,00 €; D+E = 40,00 €;
• Local tax: from 01.01.2015 € 1,75 per person (above 14 years of age) and night
• Eventual damages to pieces of furniture and to the apartment equipment have to be promptly informed and refunded.
• Apartments Hofer are a holiday structure for no-smokers. Smoking is allowed on balconies.

Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 20% per week has been paid.

For stays of less than 03 days there is a surcharge of 15% per person and night of the price.

Payment:  Please pay cash on site.

Since December 6^th 2011, according to the Legislative Decree 201/2011, in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above € 999.99 in cash. The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 16,00 clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 16,00 clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 09,00 clock. Other times are possible upon request.

Cancellation

We kindly remind you that in case of cancellation within the 6 weeks before your arrival, your caution won’t be returned, but it can be deducted from the costs of a future holiday within one year. Thank you for your understanding.

In case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge the total price of the apartment for the booked period.

Cancellation insurance

We are looking forward to your visit! Until 3 months before arrival you may cancel your booking free of charge. From 3 months until 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 3 days of the total price of your stay. In case of a cancellation within the last 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the total price.
